I got contact information for Jennifer through a friend who has been living in SC for some time. From the first telephone conversation with Jennifer, she impressed me with her professional approach to the matter. Due to the fact that we lived in NY and we did not have the opportunity to fly to SC to view the houses, Jennifer recorded them for us and sent us videos. About Jennifer White
I grew up in Chesnee, a small town in the Upstate of South Carolina. After earning my Associate’s degree from Spartanburg Methodist College—where I met my husband—I moved to the Midlands in 2002 to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at the University of South Carolina.Following graduation, I joined the Athletics Department at USC, where I spent 14 years working with an incredible team. (Go Gamecocks!)
After having our two children, I decided to pursue a career that would allow me more flexibility with my schedule while still providing for my family and giving me the opportunity to connect with new people. Real estate turned out to be the perfect fit.
Over the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 250 families buy and sell homes. I truly enjoy building relationships and guiding my clients through every step of the process. Helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions is something I take seriously—and it’s incredibly rewarding.
My husband, Bobby, and I have lived throughout the Midlands—including Northeast Columbia, Downtown Columbia, and Irmo—but we’ve proudly called Lexington home for the past 11 years. We have two children: our son, Trace (17), and our daughter, Ellie Hayes (11).
We are active members of Northside Baptist Church, where we both serve with the youth group. I’ve been involved with the PTO at Rocky Creek Elementary and Beechwood Middle School, and I currently serve with PAWS (Parents Appreciating Wildcat Staff) at Lexington High School. I also volunteer on the Lexington School District One Educational Foundation Board.
In our neighborhood, I enjoy serving on the Landscaping Committee and chairing the Social Committee for 8 years — two roles that allowed me to help build the kind of strong community I love being a part of.
